Contact us:

Where are you based?

We are based in Manchester, North West England but consider the whole of the United Kingdom and Ireland 'local' to our mission. The rest of the world are our friendly neighbours and we enjoy working with many, around the globe.

Are you a Church?

No, we are not and we do not want to replace any opportunity you may have to physically attend a Church.

We also do not want to replace any opportunities for you to attend a Church service virtually (online) whether live streamed or recorded.

We want to compliment Church, we want to bridge a gap between your circumstances and trying to get to Church.

God has called us to be part of His Church, to meet with others and to use our gifts to build it up. He has also called us to serve Him and each other with humility and joy.

See:

Hebrews 10:25, 1 Corinthians 12:4-7, Mark 10:45

However we are helping to fill some gaps, for the most vulnerable individuals in our communities.

In so doing we believe we are using the gifts we have received to serve others.

See 1 Peter 4:10

Where did it all begin?

With the pandemic. With mental ill health and disability diagnosis. With loss.

Many seeds were sown at that time and it's now, we are harvesting fruits. Glory to God alone for showing up in these circumstances.

Do you have a location?

We're online and mobile, working with others to break down barriers to access in our churches.

Our goal was to create an online community for those who have accessibility needs - those unable to physically attend a church. However we work with individuals in reitegrating back into church following a period of absence.

It was important that this was a full and vibrant place to be which includes a diverse range of online events and resources that you can access when you're able to. Because God and fellowship is for every day, not just a Sunday.

Is the community just for those with accessibility needs?

Not at all.

By virtue of the fact we are online, we are able to challenge time-zones, unsociable work patterns and generally just be a little more available/flexible with what we do.

We have already connected with so many, all over the world. This is really exciting. We are ready to make connections with you wherever you are, and to pray.

Will you do in person events in the future for those who can get to them?

Yes.

The priority for us, is to help as many groups and church leaders as possible, to understand what living with mental ill health/chronic illness/disability/neurodivergence, is like.

We also want to help facilitate exclusive events/church services for those with more specific needs. We will always publish details of these on our social media platforms but please sign up for our emails, so you don't miss anything.

You mention training and resources being free of charge. Is this true?

Yes.

We are very passionate about making sure finances are not a barrier to you accessing help, support or resources and so everything is free, for everyone.

The only exception in terms of resources, may be more formal publications such as books and the only exception for training might be if we are working with someone who charges for their own training/resources (special guests for example).

All content developed by us and all training delivered by us, is free. We may ask larger organisations to help us with expenses such as travel and administration costs (printing material etc).

If we are delivering training in an external venue (for example if your group/church space is too small), we may charge a fee to cover expenses only - venue hire, refreshments etc.

You will also take care of your own personal expenses such as travel or accommodation if you do come along to a training event.

How long does the training last and what do we need to do?

This is best explored through an informal chat, because it can be tailored to suit your specific needs.

Please fill out the form on our contact page, leaving a message with your phone number, and we will call you.

You mention 'separation' being necessary for some. What do you mean?

Living with mental ill health/physical ill health can be debilitating.

Statistically, these communities are already isolated/further ostracised by the stigma attached to some conditions.

Life isn't the same for these communities.

Separating is something that can naturally occur for an individual, or it can be intentional - to withdraw from life - and this can be for many reasons. It's important to understand why rather than to tell someone not to.

When something unexpected occurs in life that changes everything for the negative, it's usually God who gets the blame. That might mean withdrawing from Church and no one else. We might never see someone again. So it's important we raise awareness, get trained up, educated and change how we respond, to try and prevent this from happening.
